I'm in what I think is a pretty unique situation. I'm in Japan with 5 people. Two of them do not know English well at all. The language we have the most knowledge in is Indonesian, which I started learning 28 days ago. We're just barely able to communicate basic things.
AI is a real workplace game changer. People who previously were bad at their jobs are still bad but are able to produce 15-page reports on any given topic, every day.
I don't think people are ready for this kind of joke yet.
