110% my classes are CRUSHING IT already with the tech removed. Finding quotes and arguments, tracking down citations, more fruitful discussions. It’s a palpable (is that right?) difference.

Get the laptops out of the classroom!! No internet!!! Print readings for the students! Use real books, pens, & paper! We are doing a “low-tech” classroom this semester, and just a week in, I can tell it has made all the difference

This is an AMAZING manuscript 😍😍 Worth reading this and definitely worth visiting. More pleasingly, the person who wrote the briefing for RTE has noted that the MSS used to be owned by Sir James Ware, one of Ireland’s greatest historians who I’ve had the pleasure of researching. Book forthcoming
