Nice tally from Maine on their sweet new tax on income over $1 million/yr. Next year, it brings $10 million for childcare, $20 million to pay workers to help elderly & disabled, $12 million for tuition, $6 million for rural teachers & a lot more. Every other state should be taking notes.
