I do think “every rich person went insane during covid because it was the first time they’ve been inconvenienced in decades” felt a little reductive at first but damn if isn’t more and more compelling as the years drag on

I was there, and yeah, a lot of the media had a big giggle, and a lot of awkward newscasters trying to explain furries to their boomer audience. Then laughing together and moving on, while I had friends literally being treated for chemical burns. We've always been just a joke to them
