Side-stepping my imposter syndrome into a fantasy city

If you've ever thought "I wonder what playing a fantasy TTRPG with the guy known for making graphic novels about 90s internet teens would be like," well, now you can find out! Councilors Smith, Pirtle Guiney, Ryan, Clark, Novick, and Zimmerman voted against Green 1 which created ongoing funding for Fire Station 22 near the CEI Hub and located in District 2 through management cuts. The amendment fails 6-6.

i am fine spending my tax dollars on schools and roads and medicine and the like. i would prefer not to spend my tax dollars on a new stadium while my teacher friends go on furlough. Oregon is in financial crisis. $200 million for a nicer stadium is idiotic.

The way the Oregonian, the governor, and other electeds are pushing narratives that we must unquestioningly give a billionaire millions of tax payer dollars for the Moda center without evidence is astounding. I’ve never clutched pearls but this level of fiscal irresponsibility is getting me there!

Watching David Attenborough get highly deserved praised for his century is reminding me: There is no crisis of masculinity, as such. We have plenty of positive male role models in our society. They just aren’t being pushed into young men’s feeds by nihilistic ad networks and social platforms.

Spanberger: I am disappointed by the Supreme Court of Virginia’s ruling, but my focus as Governor will be on ensuring that all voters have the information necessary to make their voices heard this November in the midterm elections because in those elections we — the voters — will have the final say.
