And now it's up to 5,000+ likes. SIGH. That second paragraph is ridiculous. The GPS being unavailable was in a NOTAM which they would have gotten on the ground. They were unable to hold an altitude which has nothing to do with GPS. All pilots must fly & land without GPS. If you can't, do not fly.

Even with us footing the airfare, my dad’s back was in rough enough shape that he was able to come visit us here in GA exactly once between when we moved here and when he passed. He helped me prune my persimmon tree via FaceTime. I was so worried I’d make a mistake and he walked me through it.

This cow was painted at about the same time that the last mammoth went extinct, and a tree that is still living today got planted. Also about the same time as the invention of copper, buttons, the loom, the pyramid, sails, and weed smoking.
As a broken collarbone expert, the idea a child seat restraint that could be sold in America broke one is patently absurd. It breaks from force going up thru the arm, which is why cyclists break them instinctually sticking hands out to brace falls. He threw her down.

honestly can't stress enough, as a former family law attorney, how depressingly common Max Miller's behavior and words are, right down to the petty fixation on custody procedure and rules when faced with allegations of shocking violence.

“What about due process,” is such a tell with these guys. Their party goes about systemically denying due process rights to anyone they deem too powerless to tell them “no,” and then insist that no one can ever come to a conclusion about their own actions that hasn’t been adjudicated by a jury.

Republicans in Congress will always do whatever Trump tells them to. They’ll either do it, no matter what it is, immediately and without question. Or they’ll do it after feigning mild opposition and holding out for a whole five minutes.
It’s not hard. If you want Trump to be a King, vote for Republicans for the House and Senate. But if you DON’T want Trump to be a King, vote for Democrats for the House and Senate. It’s that simple.

Most will do it right away without uttering a pronoun protest (although they’ll leak to the press that they’re growing “concerned”).
