And, ideally, it would leave so many of them broke that it actually becomes a deterrent. Being poor is truly all they care about not because they don’t care about prison.
All I know is, this Lo Pan character comes out of thin air in the middle of a god damn alley, while his buddies are flying around, cuttin' everybody to shreds, and he stands there, waiting for me to drive my truck straight through him, with light comin' out of his mouth!
If I had time to re-read things, I think I would revisit John Ostrander and Tom Mandrakes run on The Spectre. One of these days perhaps.
