Skeet on. Skeet until your skeets come true. Reasonable opinions that might get me fired.
Thanks! I’d never actually seen her part. It’s funny because watching it I thought “this is pretty good, maybe she should have won!” And then as soon as he makes the costume switch, I was like, “oh right he is next-level untouchable stuff.” (And then it starts to rain hahaha)
Wolf Like Me sets the tone so well. Really smart choice there.
Went to an 8am screening of Spider-man and had a brunch of my own sobs. Pretty good movie.
Hank Green must now give half his wealth to the Technology Connections guy. The YouTube rules are weird like that.
If anyone loved Elon Musk, he'd be in a rehab facility.
Weird to consider that the American Dream involves leaving enough for your kids so that they don't have to participate or really deal with capitalism. Almost like people know it never delivers on the promise.
Admitting you have a problem is the first step toward locking in and really taking your problem to the next level

Update: well that’s wild y’all. Filter on top is a clean, unused one fresh out of its packaging. Filter on bottom was the same when I installed it yesterday evening; this is what it looks like after roughly 24 hours of HVAC in Chicago’s blanket of wildfire smoke.
1. Fire all employees on week 1 of a Democratic administration. Everyone. No exceptions. 2. Start now to pull together state-based ICE People's Assemblies. Collect testimonies about impacts on your communities. Release reports by December 2028. 3. REPARATIONS for all ICE victims - $$ & citizenship
I’m interested in any political imagination for accountability. It has to be proactive & retroactive. It has to be spectacular. And, ideally, it would leave so many of them broke that it actually becomes a deterrent. Being poor is truly all they care about not because they don’t care about prison.
All I know is, this Lo Pan character comes out of thin air in the middle of a god damn alley, while his buddies are flying around, cuttin' everybody to shreds, and he stands there, waiting for me to drive my truck straight through him, with light comin' out of his mouth!
If I had time to re-read things, I think I would revisit John Ostrander and Tom Mandrakes run on The Spectre. One of these days perhaps.
It'll be a stressful few months as I wait to see if the risk of leaving Squarespace is something we can bounce back from. In my mind, I had no choice if Assigned was to weather increasing government interference in trans speech. But a safe financial decision, it was not. Please join if you can.

You never need to buy and Ubisoft game. None are special. None are worth the DRM garbage or their awful business practices. They have been trash for decades now.
Like seriously, there's something that happens with early adopters. Tesla's approach was great when chargers were sparse but it's irrelevant now. I don't want my car connected to the internet for *many* reasons including that it's another subscription. I just want a car that's electric.

My daughter somehow broke the electric lift recliner chair we got for my elderly father-in-law to use when he visits and it was stuck in the up position for a week while I waited for the replacement part to come. You ever see a chair just loom
