The ECJ dismissed the arguments. The struggling Cupertino start-up is Very Sad.

I'm a huge advocate for physical media still existing, but Bree makes a fantastic point here. We often lose sight of the big picture. At the end of the day, none of these digital concerns would be necessary if companies weren't getting away constantly selling products we never 'own'.

What we need is better consumer protections so the things we do buy digitally are actually owned and companies cant delete/revoke access!
