People are wisely bringing up how this will be used to disrupt mail-in ballots, but it's also part of the continuing Repub effort to make USPS unreliable, so they can dismantle it in favor of forcing everyone to use private services (ex: you can bet someone from UPS or FedEx would be fired for this)
