It shouldn’t be this way, but in the US you often get better medical care from quack doctors because the legal, insurance and business strictures “good” ones are supposed to care about are almost entirely unrelated to your health and wellness.

As trustworthy as the US government.

The thing with "don't complain about drivers; complain about the lack of alternatives!" is that I do complain about the lack of alternatives lots & drivers ignore me, dismiss me, reject any inconvenience or public spending, & consistently throw non-drivers under the bus (when it eventually arrives.)
