the reason why we gotta be so critical of genAI usage is because the second you start letting shit slide through the more socially accepted it will become. sure, art theft and human ethics, but most importantly we are poisoning the earth with data centers because we as a society have become lazy.

dude's right and this goes way beyond just AI disdain and disrespect for audiences is proven wrong time and time again. if you believe people are dumb, have short attention spans, and will gobble up any old garbage, you'll fail and never understand why
