The effective federal corporate income tax rate: 1950: 50% 1990: 25% 2020: 13% Stop asking "but how we will pay for it?" Restore the corporate tax rate. That is how we will pay for it.
There are 120K+ DSA members. There are millions of Democrats, so let’s keep this in perspective. The DSA isn’t taking over the party —most progressives aren’t DSA. Here’s the caution: Weak Dems left a vacuum with their post 2024 silence and the DSA is taking the opportunity to fill the void.
