This this this this this. Stop using “cosplay” when you mean “this person is a faker/liar /is pretending to be something they’re not” especially in a political setting. Cosplay is a portmanteau intended for use as a noun to describe a very specific hobby. Knock it off.

I'm a former larper and current cosplayer and I hate people misusing the damn terms so much. Other perfectly fine words exist to describe this shit, leave the hobbyists out of it!
