How will this work for driving test centres that are far from motorways? Eg Skibbereen in West Cork. Nearest motorway is 75 km away near Cork city. Does this mean no tests in places far from the motorway network? Driving on N roads is the problem. www.thejournal.ie/motorways-dr... #speirgorm
