I finished DA:TV earlier this year and even though I was disappointed with some of the companions' narrative arcs, the fact that this game existed at all is a miracle. It's still one of my favorites and I'm sure it will become a classic. RIP BioWare, thank you for the stories. All of them.

After 90+ hours I have finally, FINALLY, finished Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Genuinely, what an absolutely beautiful game. It's a heavy contender for my favorite Dragon Age game ever, I loved it so much. Goodness gracious. I need to go lay down.

This is another reason why AI losers have gotten into retro decomp/recomp projects. Nobody wants to play AI slop games, so they have to reinforce the value of AI by producing something desirable, which in this case is just repackaging the work of actual talented people.

just wanted to share something i discovered the amount of games released in 2022 compared to this year has increased by 77%. I use 2022 because that marks the last year before AI really took over the internet whats crazy to me is that the amount of games with ZERO REVIEWS has ALMOST TRIPLED. ZERO?

Decomp communities are a canary in the coal mine for romhacking communities. SMW central has been around for 25 years and there's deep human ties but we will continue to play fuckin hardball when it comes to AI because it will eat a place from the inside out otherwise.

Before too much time passes, I want to thank everyone who helped make Flame Fatales a success. The money raised is truly world-changing, and we did it with smiles, jokes, rats, mold, and an unashamed and unafraid celebration of the Fatales. A road trip I will never, ever forget.
