Key financial results

Telstra delivered a strong FY26 result, with reported EBITDAaL up 3% to $8.2 billion, NPAT up 2.7% to $2.4 billion, and EPS up 5.3% to 19.9 cents.
Underlying performance was stronger, with Underlying EBITDAaL up 4% to $8.3 billion, Cash EPS up 14% to 25.5 cents, and Underlying ROIC up 0.5 percentage points to 9%.
Mobile remains a key growth engine, with service revenue growth across all products and more than 270,000 mobile user additions, up 1.9%.
Telstra’s Board resolved to pay a final dividend of 10.5 cents per share, taking the total FY26 dividend to 21 cents per share, up 10.5% on a cash basis.
Telstra completed its $1.25 billion on-market share buy-back in June and announced a further on-market share buy-back of up to $1 billion.
FY27 guidance points to continued growth, with Underlying EBITDAaL expected between $8.5 billion and $8.8 billion, BAU capex between $3.35 billion and $3.65 billion, Cash EBIT between $4.75 billion and $4.95 billion, and strategic investment of $0.2 billion to $0.3 billion.
