I would, perhaps, like #MNUFC to look at one of the worst home records in MLS negatively, but maybe that's just me. (Tied for fewest wins - 2; fewest goals scored - 7; 4th fewest points - 11)

From the season starting MLS roster compliance release, #MNUFC stood out as the team with the most players out on loan, and with the number of those loaned out that were international players. Michel has been added to this count (& Fitz being rumored to be, too). And isn't counting Fariña or Bran.

I'd like to know- and I honestly do not know the answer- if any other MLS team makes this many international signings only to loan them out when it becomes apparent they are not good enough for the 1st team. Maybe it's a normal MLS modus operandi? #MNUFC

So, those "different looks" and "improved understanding of where chances come from" that Cam and the #MNUFC players talked about working on during the break...where are they? That was a bleak first half showing against an SKC side that have given up the most goals in the West, second in MLS.

As #MNUFC restart in the MLS clausura, and considering Greder's expectation-lowering article yesterday, a brief reminder that the Loons already stood out with their lack of top-end attacking talent in the league even before other teams added Lewandowski, Griezmann, and non-household names.

#MNUFC failed to score at home, again, despite magic from James Rodriguez. Only the 4 bottom teams have scored fewer goals. Only 2 teams spend less on their DPs than the Loons, and only 5 spend less on attackers. The Loons also have the most cap space in the league and are near the top of GAM.

Not that we didn't know this already but having ICE - whose jurisdiction has absolutely NOTHING to do with elections - investigate voter fraud gives away the game. ICE is no longer a legal entity bound by laws and norms, it's Trump's personal force, focusing on whatever he wants.

It's 15 minutes to kick-off of the first MLS game in 2 months, the first since the start of this hugely successful World Cup. There is no pregame show. There is no scene-set that explains the first half of the season. There is nothing to welcome new viewers and connect the league to the past month.
