The St. Cloud POLICE DEPARTMENT called the newspaper and insisted it be taken down - they didn't want the 'wrong' people showing up at public block parties.

This is, of course, terrifying. Full stop. I want to note that when those of us still establishing factual bases and reporting out context get hold of a PR person who is a casualty, there's a silver lining. They know "this is a so-and-so story" & often supply more than you ask for.
