While the SCREEN Act failed in the committee, KOSA did move forward. Contact your senators immediately demanding it be opposed, and keep the pressure up until it comes to a vote in the Senate

It will be worse than this! Most websites will be forced to ask you to send your ID to a third party surveillance service, adding a credit card won't be enough for most. Bluesky asks for your *social security number* if you live in Texas now, due to this shit. Call in, and kill it.

One thing that comes to mind when I hear talk about "friction" in games: isn't friction the force that makes things stick? Like, y'know, in actual science terms? So if you reduce "friction" by sanding down all the rough spots, what are people supposed to hold onto, exactly?
I think more franchises need to stop making their latest entry have emphasis on “introducing newcomers to the series”
