Zack Davisson@zackdavisson.com · 19h agoWashington has been 100% vote by mail since 2011. I haven't voted in person since 2000. All of our ballots have individual tracking numbers and we get to watch them go through the whole process. It is the best voting system in the US.

"Senior editor" is a technical title, not a managerial title. If Dark Horse wants to give its senior editors managerial duties and reclassify them as managers, it can change their title to "managing editor" and award them a commensurate increase in pay.

my neighborhood 7-11 closed a couple years ago and tried to reopen but couldn’t get the permit approved because there’s a preschool next door and 7-11s sell alcohol (the previous permit was grandfathered in). i saw a fence going up around the lot recently and looked up what was moving in: a gun shop
This city never ceases to throw me delightfully for a loop. Someone set up a Simpsons-themed bike scavenger hunt. So for the past half-hour, bikers have been showing up and taking a selfie in front of the Chief Wiggum painting at my shop.

The WNBA has never had a trans woman play in the league’s 30-year history and now the right and other anti-trans activists are hammering the league over something that has never been an issue, proving once again it isn’t about protection but exhibiting cruelty toward trans people.
