I run a chip shop. Fish £8, chips £3, fish and chips £10. If you ask for 2 fish and one chips, you're getting charged £19. If you ask for fish & chips and a fish you get it for £18. It might be a maths or grammar test but if you fail you pay. Nobody has ever complained.
