Victor followed him without a fight, he was happy to suit in his husband’s lap. He rested his forehead against Jude’s. “You are. And just so you know… you make me so happy. Just by being like this, my heart soars.”

Jude returned the kiss and took Victor's hand and led him to the sofa before taking a seat and pulling his husband into his lap. "If you say so, baby."

He laughed along his husband, letting his body lean more against Jude's, and his lips kiss him again. Humming happily. "You're far too kind to me, baby."

Jude tilts his head, furrowing his brows in confusion. "His hair has always been like that. I mean, yeah, granted, it might be a little lighter now."

"I always noticed he looks like you and I love that. For the yes, I don't know, I'd say they are also closer to yours. But for his hair. It used to look more like Riah's when he was an angel, now it looks more like the color you have now."

Victor looked at his phone as the pictures arrived and he was grinning, staring at all of them, but more importantly, at Xander's engagement with them and the pictures being taken. Victor grunted, feeling a little grumpy because he had seen the new man at the bar, and even if he had not checked him out or paid him much attention, he knew the guy has black hair and a scruff; but he accepted the answer as a description of his physique. "Alright, I'll take that."

Jude looks at Victor up and down, offering a subtle evaluation. "Dark hair and eyes, skinny — not too muscular, glorious ass, a little scruff, tattoos." He might have been thinking about pre Victor at the time and realized that he had just described his husband — he just had more muscles.

Victor snickered, grabbing the edge of Jude's chair and pulling it to his side, so he could better wrap and arm around Jude while his free hand rubbed his leg. "I don't believe I have to say anything, I can just snag you whenever I feel like it. Same as you, baby. You can steal me whenever."

Victor grinned and leaned over to kiss Jude's cheek, letting him sip his coffee. "I agree, but still. I'm grateful and happy you're happy."

A soft, genuine smile touched Jude's lips as he caught Victor's gaze over the rim of his coffee mug. "It was with you, of course I did."
