Today, Jamaica's Sunshine Girls have delivered a massive gift for the country on our Emancipation Day, defeating Australia's Diamonds 46-45 in the Commonwealth Netball semifinals. A historic win for Jamaica and equally historic defeat for Australia who miss the final for the first time in history.

I will always say women give men too much grace and they will never do the same for us. We need to stop that shit!
