From the 18 teams that played in last season UWCL League phase: 8 are already qualified for this season League phase. 3 did not even qualify for this season's tournament. 4 are entering in the Qualifying Round 3 3 are entering in Qalifying Round 2. So a maximum of 84% teams will return.
