Art tip: don't share everything you draw. Draw things you never intend to show anyone. Your brain needs time to just exist in a state that's not about performing for strangers. This used to be the normal way to exist before social media poisoned us.
Lately I’ve been leaving to work with my hair somewhat damp and letting the swooshing wind from the Seattle light rail approaching the platform help blow dry it.
So, having worn prescription glasses my entire life since I was 7. I was able to get eye surgery yesterday. Today I walked out of a store with non-prescription sunglasses for the first time. 🥰 It’s so awesome to be able to see without glasses, contacts never worked for me.

For me, July 4th has always been a “20 days until my birthday” celebration.
I really can’t get enough of the “harsh flash photo” aesthetic style.
I was able to walk the entire Capitol Hill Pride festival today without any issues, just 2 months after surgery. Recovery is going very well, and being able to participate so soon is really special. 🥰🏳️⚧️
