For the record, the proportion of professors at Cambridge who are Black is 0.4%. The number of Black people in the UK population is 4%. So the number of Black professors at Cambridge is ONE TENTH of what you would expect in a meritocracy.

It's significant that the msm media have been in uproar about a black academic in a subject area where Cambridge can hardly claim pre-eminence, while almost completely ignoring alleged bullying of female staff, and harassment of a whistleblower, in a department which has an international reputation.
