That was totally the case when the UK was in the EU, and it's not going to change now. I compare El Pais, which majors on European and international affairs, with the little-Londoner Guardian, and despair.
This is also classic "really existing Thatcherism" too rather than the phantasm the Left created of Free Market Anarchy. Instead of owning to the government having to do hard work of taxing and spending, pretend you can regulate other to it all for you.
