i don't really understand the whole "the voters of x state will make their decision, and it doesnt matter to me" thing. maybeso for gubernatorial primaries, but congressional elections pretty obviously impact everyone irrespective of if they live in the state who elects them

this is great because last year a small group of us helped successfully pressure the city to ban the coal pile currently on the site--so a thing poisoning the community is going to be replaced with something that makes people happy and i think thats really lovely

This is why the number one thing liberal con law people should be working on is arguments that Trump’s pardons are not valid. Obviously none of this can happen without court packing but once the new liberal court is in place, there need to be arguments ready to hand them.
