Really REALLY pleased with the flyer I've made for the next Sketchy Soiree! Especially considering how I drew the model in my sketchbook on the fly without really thinking about making it line up with the photo.

Flyer for the next Sketchy Soiree burlesque figure drawing session at Adoration Studio. Roughly half the flyer is a photo of one of the models posing, the other half is my drawing of the model in the same pose.

Waiting on an oil change. Loud angry guy comes in, sits next to me, bitches to a woman about communism and the phrase "birthing people," and starts watching conservative shit on his phone. Woman gets up and leaves, I say nothing.

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I crowdsourced and then finalized this document "How to disable or avoid intrusive AI" and then gave it a short URL: notoai.org Please pass along if it's useful

An aircraft passenger oxygen mask: a drop down passenger mask with air bag and yellow plastic mouth and nose cover, oxygen tube has been cut; Demonstration model used by flight attendant crew for passenger instruction. Has text on the side indicating that it's non-functional.

The Trees Will Remember You One day while forest bathing I leaned against a tree and told it everything I've been unable to tell anybody else. Trees absorb carbon dioxide and turn it into oxygen. Speaking aloud is just exhalation. That tree took my anxieties and helped me breathe a little better.

Watercolors, ink, and colored pencil painting of a ghostly, androgynous nude figure leaning against a tree in the woods
