I think I got more disillusioned than I ever actively reflected on after the environmental sustainability class I took where the professor spent a whole lesson browbeating students for being concerned about LLMs.
You never know what's going to go out of print and become wildly expensive but I'm sad I got rid of my copy of the Parasite Eve novel. I mean I remember it was bad and the translation was wonky but it would be nice to still have on the shelf.
