This is (as you'd expect from @robindlaws.bsky.social) an excellent piece of advice for getting new players involved. I'd add - 1-2 hour one-shots are the way forwards to start, leave them asking if they can play again

I think we should hold one-shots in higher regard compared to campaigns and normalise just playing a short 2 hour game with a start and end like you would a boardgame
