i complain so much about hair dysphoria tbh partially because its a form of dysphoria I genuinely think a lot of you Don't Think is Real tbh like if i looked at a girl who got FFS and went "wow they turned her very big broad chin into a still very masculine chin but 1% less" youd rightfully kill me

lets fucking gooo making fun of bald people and hair transplant recipients today on main lets goooo i totally missed this kinda stuff im so glad enough time has passed since the last time that everyone is getting comfortable doing the "acceptable" form of body shaming again hell yessssss

If you’re trans and you find a website that has “resources“ and also a detailed history of every prominent trans persons actions online and off no you fucking didn’t.

pain was mostly gone yesterday but came back last night right around bedtime. probably going to either urgent care or the ER today after work. ugh. constantly panicking that it’s something serious and that I’ve fucked myself by not going sooner. day 12: 25 minute walk

Before I explain in detail what happens when you walk into a store using surveillance pricing, let me shout a few vital things: NEVER FUCKING USE A PHONE FOR BANKING OR PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND. NEVER FUCKING USE A CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR GROCERIES. NEVER CARRY AN ACTIVATED CELL PHONE INTO A STORE.

The AFL-CIO called for a ban on electronic shelf labels to protect consumers from surveillance pricing, or the changing of prices based on personal data

AC8's Steam achievements have been leaked by what appears to be a screw-up on Valve's end regarding unreleased games (other games were also affected). The achievement list HAS STORY SPOILERS FOR ALL CAMPAIGN MISSIONS, including the number of missions, so please watch out.

September is Suicide Awareness + Prevention Month, Pain Awareness Month, and CPTSD Awareness Month. Check on your disabled + chronically ill friends. Check on your quiet + low-maintenance friends. So many people are struggling daily with things they don't talk about. You might just save their life

it sucks to realize you’ve been too numb to realize that you’ve had dysphoria for a couple decades. especially when you’ve known that you had really bad dysmorphia for just as long. they fight and the latter makes you doubt that you have the former. day 7: just a 20 minute walk.

kinda crashed out yesterday after starting it randomly feeling like shit. I wish I was capable of some kind of normal. day 5: 20 minute walk, a feeble attempt at 10 crunches, and 15 squats. I’m pretty sure I won’t ever get even halfway decent results and always feel like shit but I’ll stick to it.

Do not speak to the BBC if you are trans. Just don't do it. Tell them to go fuck themselves. Even if you know the reporter and they are not an ass, tell them to go fuck themselves anyway because they work for the BBC and their editors will do this regardless of the journalist's intent.

More appalling behaviour from the BBC. ⬇️ A trans person interviewed about their horrific experience having their surgery cancelled whilst in the hospital described as 'biologically female'. And then half the article devoted to praising the work of an unemployed transphobe. 🗣️ DEFUND THE BBC 🗣️

bought a skirt and some calf-high socks last night! I thought I’d feel different, get some euphoria out of it… I didn’t. I just got more doubt, really. I know I’m fucking horrifically ugly. I know that. 20 years of knowing it, I somehow still can’t grapple with the fact it’ll always be true.

If you're ever thinking about speaking up on trans people's behalf but are worried about getting the terms right, I think most of us would prefer a true ally who speaks clumsily to someone who sees our community's vernacular as jargon to learn in order to put us in our place.
