Come hang out at Otakon this weekend in D.C.! I'll be at D103 in the Artist Alley, RIGHT next to the entrance ♥ I've got new prints, tote bags, lanyards, stickers, and much more!! I'll also be doing a Character Design panel on Saturday from 4:30-6:30 pm in Workshop 1, can't wait to see ya there!

I had a friend I thought I'd lost reach out to me today and tell me they were sorry for what happened between us. I feel crazy warm and fuzzy - I didn't realize how much I'd missed them, and how much I needed to hear that apology. Reconciliation is possible and love lasts ♥

Posting again because this year has been so frustrating for getting into conventions and artist alleys - ARTISTS HAVE ZERO CONTROL ON IF WE GET INTO SHOWS. We might seem popular or famous or invincible but the systems are juried, fcfs, or lottery depending on the con. (1/4)

In one week this incredible culmination of a story that has changed my life will be out in the world. I started working for the McElroys just a few months before the first book came out, and holding this beast in my hands is making me teary eyed, which I know will only get worse as I read it.

Well it has been a pleasure working for Zenimax Online Studios! I am hoping that all those still at the studio continue to put out great things. I will still be supporting from the sidelines. Keep collective bargaining and making sure workers can make a better workplace from each other!

The majority of chatter today will be about the fate of studios who build the games we love. But we cannot forget that these cuts will include hundreds of less visible folk w top expertise in a variety of supporting departments. No studios close today, but the loss personal & professional is immense

LLMs and genAI art have done so much harm to the economy, the climate, and has clogged up media with its bullshit. I get the urge to by hyper vigilant and want to call out ai art, but remember that LLMs are trained on REAL artists and are great at mimicry and they’ve stolen so much from us already.
