I've never seen such an effort to censor a document as I have the Amnesty International report on gender critical groups because of JK Rowling. They removed the report from the Wayback Machine and now I got a DMCA strike on my Google Drive for having it. It was deleted and removed from my account.

A screenshot of an email viewed in dark mode with the subject line "Google DMCA Violation." The email from Google informs the recipient that they have received a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) that some of their materials allegedly infringe on copyrights. It explains the removal process, mentions that notice details will be posted on Lumen, warns against repeated violations, and lists one affected Google Drive URL at the bottomA nearly identical mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. It shows a search for the same Amnesty International UK resources URL, resulting in the same message: "This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine."A mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. One thing I wish people would realize is just how central JK Rowling is to the entire anti-trans ecosystem. Looking at a network node analysis of the top 200 anti-trans X accounts, she is the most central figure spanning both sides of the Atlantic from Republicans to Labour.

A network graph visualization on a dark background showing connections between various accounts. The central, highly connected node is labeled "J.K. Rowling," with lines radiating out to many other nodes color-coded by region (UK, US, etc.). A detail panel on the right displays stats for her account, including her role as "Author & commentator," an in-degree of 153, an out-degree of 84, and 14 million followers.A scatter plot graph on a dark background comparing accounts based on "followers (log)" on the x-axis and "in-degree" on the y-axis. The data points are color-coded by region. J.K. Rowling is highlighted as a major outlier in the top right corner, possessing the highest number of followers and the highest in-degree. Other labeled points lower on the graph include various politicians, individuals, and campaign organizations.

The BBC increasingly just report on what is being said by the billionaire press. They allow them to set the agenda which means our national conversation becomes about same trivial nonsense the Daily Mail are talking about. And it's becoming deadly. novaramedia.com/2026/08/13/b...

BBC Failing to Inform Viewers About Climate Emergency, Says Polanski

The BBC is failing to properly inform viewers about the realities of the climate emergency, choosing instead to follow the lead of rightwing newspapers owned by billionaires, Zack Polanski has said.

Reminder that we published an extensive interview with a former editor at The New York Times who laid out, in detail, how the paper's pushing of anti-trans bigotry was both very intentional and directed from the very top of the organization. The NYT plays a direct and major role in trans genocide:

'A directive from above': Former NYT editor lays out how the paper pushes anti-trans bigotry

In this in-depth interview, former New York Times editor Billie Jean Sweeney details how the paper shifted towards openly promoting anti-trans hatred, how some staff tried to stop it, how it's directe...

I'm not 100%, but I think there's two problems with this: -GCism isn't grassroots. It's pretty clearly been dark money boosted. -I sincerely don't believe their infrastructure would function for anything pro-social. The vector of their 'peaking' worked because of the content, which was hate.

People want to hear this even less, but the left/liberals need to study the TERF movement as an example of wildly successful organising and cultural engineering by an extremely niche, mostly online micro-community.

"Give him more than a week" say the people who have not been segregated from society, while he rolls out even more anti-trans policies and gives positions of power to people who hate us.

1. In an incredible new landmark review, the Health Council of the Netherlands has declared that gender-affirming care for trans youth works, reducing wait times is "morally urgent," and regret is rare. It is the latest of many Euro countries to advance care. Subscribe to support our journalism.

Landmark Official Dutch Review Recommends Trans Youth Care, Call For Expanding Treatment

The review finds that wait times must be shortened, that few people detransition, and that trans youth care has enormous benefits.

Ten years ago in the UK, even conservative MPs were supportive of self ID and warned about the dangers of trans bathroom bans in the US. Now a center left labour government is implementing a nationwide bathroom ban by fiat on August 5th without even so much as a vote.

Amnesty International put out a major report documenting the influence of UK based anti trans gender critical organizations and their funding. Within hours, GC groups threatened defamation lawsuits and Amnesty was forced to pull it down. Proving the point they're anti rights. Anyways, here it is.

When trans people are under attack, "don't be political" is not an option. And we'll never be silent when a Labour Government are making life impossibly hard for trans people. We see you. And we stand with you. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

It's always lovely to see people supporting the LGBT+ community. Someone needs to tell London Labour Assembly Members who all abstained this week on a motion standing up for trans rights and challenging the EHRC. Why abstain on people's human rights and then "celebrate" Pride?

At this point, I genuinely believe the entire public is being actively gaslit by both the media, and Esther Ghey herself, into forgetting that Brianna Ghey was murdered, by people she knew from school, in real life, who were partly influenced by transphobia, fuelled by the media and politicians.
