A group of Cambridge residents interested in promoting safety for cyclists of all ages and abilities in Cambridge, Massachusetts. https://cambridgebikesafety.org/

Today we painted Louisa’s Ghost Bike. It used to be Jessica Mink’s bike. Since 2015, I’ve created about 30 ghost bikes, but this one was the hardest to make so far. I couldn’t have done it without my best friend and brother Galen Mook. We Need Each Other. #NoMoreGhostBikes

We’re proud to partner with Ride For Your Life as the event returns to Boston on October 25, 2026. What began as a response to tragedy has grown into a movement, bringing people together to honor lives lost to traffic violence, demand safer streets, and turn grief into action. /1

Happy Bike Month!! Come out to Aeronaut for our May Streetwise with our special guest speaker, Brooke McKenna. Brooke is the Transportation Commissioner for the City of Cambridge and she'll talk about the work behind street design in Cambridge and how safety is an overriding goal. See you there!

Call to Action
Cambridge Bicycle SafetyKeep Garden Street Calm

Keep Garden Street As-Is:
One-Way for motor vehicles
Two separated, parking-protected bike lanes
Preserve loading zones and existing parking

Improve Surrounding Streets:
Redirect funds to traffic calming like speed humps nearby

Prevent Counterproductive Changes
Projected to increase congestion and pedestrian+cyclist conflicts

Thanks to everyone who came out to our Streetwise talk at Aeronaut Brewing Company, “From Ballots to Bike Lanes: How Cambridge’s Elections Shape Safer Streets”! We enjoyed sharing what we learned from the 2025 Cambridge City Council election and appreciated all the thoughtful questions.
