Today we remember Glenn “Sudsy” Sudbury - MAFIA founder, its 1st president, and one of so many lost to the AIDS crisis. 47 years later, we carry his legacy forward. Not just as a fisting club. As a community he helped build. We remember. We honor. We continue. 👊🏼

Glynn "Sudsy" Sudbery was a co-founder and president of Mid America Fists In Action (MAFIA). Sudbery was a member of the Illinois Independent Voters, volunteered for Howard Brown Memorial Clinic, and worked with International Mr. Leather.

[Our founder, Past President, Brother. May your endeavors remain in our minds and hearts for eternity. We will miss you Sudsy and hope that we can carry your spirit of Brotherhood forward for the betterment of the live of all out Brothers. May you rest in peace. We will meet again. A service was held March 14, 1984 in Chicago. Sudsy was laid to rest in New Orleans, LA near his family.]
