Having an issue drinking too much water. I like water. But I find if I drink too much (2-3 large glasses per day) I just retain all the water. Last night I got up 3x to pee. Midnight, 2am, 5am. Peed GALLONS FOREVER. Was so swollen with water retention my ankles swole up. It's a pain in the ass

The unpaid and unacknowledged labour of women keeps the entire world running. This story is horrible in every way, but the hidden in the body acknowledgement that this man's wife is his carer 24hrs with no respite at 79 years of age broke my heart. The way the world takes women's care for granted.
