Absolutely no shade towards artists tabling at conventions, we all have to make a living But conventions themselves need to do a better job curating/organizing their artist alleys, especially ones meant to celebrate the art form of comics as a medium, not IP

I wanted to see what Webtoon's translation feature had to offer, and I lowkey assumed it would be an AI translation, but they wanted a lot of information up front that made me think maaaaybe a human would be involved. This is a sloppy mess. I wonder if I can make them stop?

Their whole “we’re democratising art” “stop gatekeeping art” are very clearly bullshit when you see it’s always been about attacking artists, nothing more.

The eternal desire to draw on both sides of the sketchbook while also trying to get clean scans/photos of the sketchbook when the drawing actually slaps sometimes

My sketchbook went from being "I'm going to carry this everywhere and draw!" to "this sketchbook is never leaving my desk" on account of how much filth I draw in it
