The way the press is treating chatbots, like they have agency and they “know” things all of a sudden, crossed the line recently from dumb and obsequious to something else entirely. Treating them as alive and making conscious decisions is an almost religious belief. It won’t age well.

Forever charmed by Monkey Island II's iMUSE implementation, Lucasfilm/Arts' sound engine for smoothly and naturally transitioning from the musical beats and moods of one screen to another. It's something you lose out on in the CD audio based re-releases of this, Dark Forces, and X-Wing/Tie Fighter.
And as an AuDHD person we're fed up with explanations about the techpushers being socially inept due to spectrum and neurodivergence and this being the reason for chatbot failures. It's not only insulting, but outright harmful.
