Today I signed an Executive Order for every worker exposed to extreme heat on the job. It requires multilingual heat safety guidance for workers, a review of construction site heat safety practices, and heat illness prevention plans at every mayoral agency.

I've worked in Democratic digital comms for a long time and pay attention to campaign metrics across platforms. Increasingly I'm seeing Dems who crosspost on X, Bluesky, and Threads get better engagement on Bluesky even with far fewer followers. Here's @jamestalarico.bsky.social's clip last night:

There's a lot of data in the analytics and it shows that Bluesky has the highest engagement rate with the least amount of followers at 19.62%
