And as the day ends I pick up my iPad and begin my annual huffing in frustration as I try to 3D sculpt something remotely half decent in Nomad sculpt without muttering “I wish Zbrush wasn’t fucking subscription based!”

Bambiraptor feinbergi. Possibly a valid genus… possibly a juvenile Saurornitholestes. Possibly none of the above. I spent far too long on this one. I hope it was worth it 🫠 If the scientists could avoid reclassifying Bambi before people have seen this, I’d appreciate it. 😉 #SciArt

Some recent sketches, mostly done straight to ink with a 6mm Pilot Parallel Pen and Pilot Namiki ink on Staples cover stock, except for the watercolor, which is a 6mm Pilot Parallel Pen with Platinum Carbon Ink and Daniel Smith watercolors on Arches hot press watercolor paper.
