If you’ve ever attempted a meta-analysis, you’ll know that authors generally do a poor job reporting statistics. If you do this well, you’ll improve your chances of your work being included in a future meta-analysis.
Our paper on improving statistical reporting in psychology is now online 🎉 As a part of this paper, we also created the Transparent Statistical Reporting in Psychology checklist, which researchers can use to improve their statistical reporting practices www.nature.com/articles/s44...

Exciting news: the TIDE study, my study about premenstrual exacerbation (PME) of depression, has started! In the coming year, we aim to include 60 participants with depression and a regular menstrual cycle to examine the prevalence and trajectories of PME in depression. 📈👩🏼🏫
How are #stress and premenstrual symptoms connected? And are those with a #trauma history more likely to have #PMS or #PMDD? 🌩️ Our systematic review & three meta-analyses combine evidence from 66 studies to explore these questions. Excited our work is finally out! ✨ 👉 doi.org/10.1192/bjp....
