I have no clue why it was on that slide or who put it there, and every member of the crew I worked with is 100% against AI. Every aspect of the animation is handcrafted by real artists and I hope that people don’t use this slide as a reason to detract from how much love and labor went into the film.

Im rewatching the Coen Bros v of The Odyssey (O Brothet Where Are Thou) and I would take a gd bullet for John Goodman the way he honors and elevates southern accents compared to so many pisspoor performances from hollywood regarding the south.

I've been lucky to see internal crew screenings of this. It's a phenomenal film. You need to see it-- legit-- on July 25th.

I know this is not the biggest concern going these days, but it stresses me out that basically every artist/writer/critic is now expected to create their own tiny empire instead of getting paid by any existing entity to perform a job they've worked to get good at!!!!

These studios keep trying to replace the human skill of storyboards. As if that isn't a foundational part of a film/show. What is a director or cinematographer even contributing if a computer is generating all the shots? Yelling at actors on a set? This is gross.
