Here is the good news: DOJ is now 0-20 in lawsuits to gain access to voter files and tomorrow is the 90th day before the election which means states can't purge voters -- even if DOJ wants them to. The bad news: Trump won't give up trying to use DOJ to undermine the elections.

CAN'T MAKE IT UP: ICE deported a man to Mexico in violation of a court order in Nov., acknowledged the error and returned him to the U.S. Then they deported him to El Salvador, in violation of court-ordered torture protection. He's currently imprisoned. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
