In post production hell now, I've asked everyone working on our movie to not use any AI tools and we find work arounds for any software that it's embedded in - This isn't hard.

Got me thinking.. What's the strongest reaction you've seen an audience member have to a scene in a cinema? During the birthday party scene in SIGNS I saw a whole row of young women literally throw their popcorn in the air like a cartoon.

Meta now lets anyone use your Instagram photos in AI images without your consent. SAG-AFTRA recommends that #SagAftraMembers (and all Instagram users) opt-OUT of Meta’s new AI image generation tool, Muse Image. Take action to protect your likeness.

If you want to avoid AI generations of your Instagram posts without switching your account to private, you’ll have to dig into the app’s settings. Open the Instagram app, tap your profile, and then tap the three lines in the top-right corner of the screen. Then, scroll down to the Sharing and reuse tab. Here is where you should see a section labeled Allow people to use your content on Instagram and with AI features on Meta, with a toggle for Posts and one for Reels.

EVIL DEAD BURN is the first Evil Dead film I've liked/enjoyed since Army of Darkness and is ABSOLUTELY the best in the recent sequel/requels. Felt like it was made in 2001 with some very European sensibilities to boot. Bravo! I'm completely surprised.

I've been getting a lot of crew and actors willingly volunteering to be in the next short film. Some of them turning down paid gigs to work on ours over 3 days for free. The big reasons when I ask them why (Have heard this 3 times): "The script read like a person wrote it and not Chat GPT"

I've never been more transported back to the early/mid 2000's than recently sitting in a packed cinema for a horror film full of late teen/20 year olds and them all laughing their asses off at the new SCARY MOVIE trailer.
