In general the amount of steps to unsubscribe for things is the sort of thing I'd have tracked back when I used to post regular on twitter about hostile design patterns. All that dark patterns stuff and we basically lost the plot, hostile interaction architecture won. AI will supercharge it.

pretty incredible how it takes 1 click to pay with paypal and then - 3 clicks to find your subscriptions ( settings > payments > autopay) + - 4 clicks to cancel a subscription (name > stop paying > are you sure? > give a reason ) 7 clicks!! to cancel one. plus you need to read all the menus...
