You can and should point out that police killing people daily is the "norm" in America. But that doesn't mean you *accept* the normalization of this violence and the way some people rush to smugly point these things out contributes to collective fatigue. Your horror has been stolen from you.

Patriot Front guys sometimes drive 15+ hours straight during a propaganda run or to reach a march. In 2021, this reckless behavior led to a crash which killed a PF member and led to Thomas Rousseau getting emergency surgery. They absolutely do not take pitstops for any reason.

Joseph M. Ledesma, a Border Patrol agent from El Paso, TX, was arrested on Sept. 27, 2015 after being caught peeping through a girl's bedroom window. The girl's father chased Ledesma and held him down, knocking a knife out of Ledesma's hand when he tried to threaten him with it.

I don't even remember this one being in the news. Local cop resigns in the midst of a sexual misconduct investigation, immediately signs up to become an ICE deputy, is arrested a year later.

Christopher Gearhart, an ICE deputy from Lakewood, CO, was arrested on May 19, 2026 after an internal affairs investigation by Lakewood Police showed Gearhart manipulating his body camera while propositioning a woman for sex. Gearhart resigned from Lakewood Police last year and joined ICE.
