A Food & Environmental Hygiene Department officer in Hong Kong has been found guilty of "misconduct in public office" for issuing littering fines to 5 innocent persons, some of whom were not in town when the fines were issued and faced arrest warrants for the baseless but unpaid fines.
The great thing about patriotism is that there's no problem that can't be solved by siccing the cops on ppl. Especially when you don't understand how anything works.
