I've been hard at work down in the program mines and the preliminary program for Flights of Foundry is starting to come together nicely. As of right now only 5 totally empty hours out of 60 total in the weekend, and I have no doubt those will fill.

New cast! I’m in this one for another month, but I am allowed to put any weight on it. No walking, but this is progress. I’m elevating it because it’s tighter than the last and I was swelling some, but I have a guardian.

"Police involved fatal shooting in Madison" Every damn time. Just say the cops shot a dude in the head three times while he was on the ground and restrained. Fucking hell.

Oh dang, it turns out growing bone is tiring. I slept like 11.5 hours last night and I'm half dozing today. Have to keep reminding myself that I am not actually "just sitting around" and that healing is a whole energy intensive thing. Evidently.

Imagine dying and then the whole country wakes up to have a discussion about it, but that discussion is entirely whether we are all being too generous or too cruel about it. Because absolutely no one is like "Man, I'm really gonna miss that guy." It's gotta suck to suck that bad.
