The BPJ decision is morally reprehensible and legally wrong. EPC clearly covers trans girls and women as much as everyone else, and it’s shameful that the justices allowed their personal feelings to override a clear reading of the constitution.
It's such a *clear* equal protection violation to me, if for no other reason that trans *men* are not subjected to the same restrictions, only trans women. But, since the court already decided that the constitution doesn't apply to trans women, I can't be surprised.
